Chelsey Schmitt

+Meet Chelsey, one of our estheticians and the only Ultherapy Technician within 100 miles of Posh.  Chelsey grew up in Iowa and still lives there today with her husband, daughter, and growing number of pets. When Chelsey isn’t at Posh, you’ll find her spending time camping, swimming, or doing house projects with her husband and spunky daughter.

+Chelsey believes our true beauty comes from the inside. Her goal is to always let your inner beauty shine by providing you with a confident, healthy glow. By spending time getting to know you and learning about what makes you who you are, she is able to customize a treatment best suited for your needs. Chelsey’s job is to help you feel and look amazing.

+Chelsey received her Medical Esthetics and Laser Certifications through National Laser Institute, where her love for Medical Esthetics flourished. She has a dual license in the states of Minnesota and Iowa.

Vivian

+Meet one of our Advanced Practice estheticians, Vivian.

+Vivian grew up right here in Rochester.  She graduated from NOVA in 2022.  She is passionate about skincare and helping people achieve their skincare goals!

Kaitlyn

+Kaitlyn is a part-time receptionist and part-time phlebotomist.  Kaitlyn grew up right here in Rochester, Minnesota and is the daughter to owner and operator of Posh, Stephanie!  She has graduated and is now one of our Licensed Practical Nurses.  Kaitlyn graduated from Mayo Clinic’s School of Health Sciences as a licensed phlebotomist.  Book your next Diamond Glow, chemical peel, microneedling, or PRP services with her today!

Ayva

+Ayva is our lead receptionist.  Ayva grew up right here in Rochester, Minnesota.  She loves everything skincare and beauty.  Ayva also loves to learn new things and help teach others!  Ayva has graduated and is now one of our Licensed Practical Nurses.  Book your next Diamond Glow, chemical peel, microneedling, or PRP services with her today!

Executive Assistant

Christina

+Christina is the executive assistant.  She does all the work behind the scenes, which also includes creating all the social media content.  Christina’s full time job is actually teaching right here within the Rochester Public School District.

+When Christina isn’t at Posh or her classroom, you can find her at home cleaning, organizing, or relaxing with her four adorable dachshund pups and husband. She absolutely loves making small talk and her goal is to make everyone feel comfortable and beautiful in their own skin!

Kait

+Kait is one of our part time receptionists and licensed practical nurses.  She grew up just a few miles away in Grand Meadow, Minnesota.

+Kait recently graduated from the nursing program at Viterbo College in LaCrosse, Wisconsin!  When she isn’t at Posh, you can find her hanging out on the family farm, or hanging out with her best girl friends.

+Kelsey is part of our receptionist team! Kelsey grew up and lived in Winona, Minnesota before making the move to Rochester a few years ago.

+When she isn’t at Posh, you can find her cheering on or supporting her younger siblings with all their endeavors and sporting events.  Fun fact, Kelsey used to work at a shoe store so we strongly believe she holds the record for having the most pairs of shoes than anyone else at Posh!

+Sarah is one of our part time receptionists.

+When not at Posh, you will find Sarah being the best momma ever to her adorable son.  Sarah has the most contagious, positive energy that lights up a room!  We are super lucky to have her as part of our Posh team.
