At Posh, we reserve the right to change our prices and policies as deemed necessary.

Every attempt to keep our website up to date is made, however, changes to the website are managed by a freelance contractor on a monthly basic. There may be times where the information is requiring an update. If you have questions/concerns, please call us directly. We will always do our part to give you ample time to make informed purchases. We thank you for your patronage and, as always, look forward to providing you with professional and positive experiences.

Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing all our clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another client from being seen. We require a 48-hour notification of cancellation fee.

-notification of cancellation within the 48 hour time frame of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

-If you miss your appointment and make no attempt to notify us prior to your scheduled appointment you will be charged the entire amount of scheduled services.

Child Policy

Please be aware that Posh Facial Esthetics is an adult facility. For their own safety and the comfort of other client, we ask that children do not accompany you on your visit. Children may not be left alone in the lobby waiting area at any time. For the safety of the staff, parent/child, children are not permitted to join the parent in the treatment rooms.

Return Policy

All services are not refundable. Retail products may be refunded within 30 days with a receipt.
